James Nicholson

James Nicholson is a user experience researcher for Electronic Arts, currently embedded with the Respawn Entertainment team working on the video game "Apex Legends". He specialises in qualitative research of the nuanced interactions between player motivation and design appraisal within the context of online multiplayer first person shooter games and works closely with the gameplay design team. In his spare time he enjoys DJing and making electronic music in his home studio.
