Bobby Hughes

Bobby Hughes is an award-winning designer, innovation consultant, and director of Aardvark Design Labs. He combines playful facilitation with deep human-centered design expertise to help people and organizations increase their ability to collaborate effectively and create ground-breaking products, services, and experiences that people love.

Bobby has over 15 years of experience in design and innovation, including having led design efforts at Kaiser Permanente and IDEO and having lectured and coached innovation at Stanford's d.school. He continues to enjoy teaching and leading innovation for a range of clients across industries including Nike, Starbucks, Google, The University of Washington, and The Gates Foundation. Bobby has a BS in physics from the University of Washington and an MS in Engineering/Product Design from Stanford University.
