I have tried out different roles at big companies and early-stage startups, and watching more “find your passion” keynotes than I’d like to admit. I have had to from time to time assure my parents that, yes, I do have a real job. Through this I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m really good at two things: making websites and digital experiences easier for consumers and building really great teams. I am a user experience design leader who enjoys mentoring a team to deliver creative solutions that’ll blow your socks off.I am focused above all on customer needs, but also I have a keen understanding of business drivers.
