Cameron is a 20 year contributor to new product development and digital transformation; holding strategic roles in high technology start-ups, digital agencies, and most recently two Fortune 100 retailers.
On the job as Director of UX at AWS for the last couple of years, and heading up the design org under the CX team at AWS. Cam’s team is responsible for the delivery of nearly 90% of all the products that AWS ships. Recently his purview has expanded to include horizontal console and builder hub tooling that effect every customer’s experience.
Prior to Amazon, he was recently served in the role of VP - Digital Design and Innovation at Safeway/Albertsons, where he lead the research, design and deployment of the company’s next generation digital products and services. His focus on the customer has pushed the organization to consistently innovate to meet the ever-changing needs of the Safeway’s customers both new and known.
